If you already have a verified account with an exchange such as Kraken.com, Coinbase.com or similar, it's easiest for you to use that one. If you don't, I advice the following:

1. Download the Blockchain app for your phone (click here for android) (click here for iOS), create an account/wallet and then you are ready to receive Bitcoin. This does not require any verification at all.

2. Go to Changelly.com and purchase Bitcoin with either credit card or bank transfer.
