Paypal for MW/Warzone (or any) when?

I love the Exclusive MW one and enjoyed a lot using it for 24hrs then 7 days. 

However, now I want to know if I can pay it with Paypal AGAIN. 

Since I'd rather pay things with my Bank Card (which is only Maestro NOT Master) 

wonder when you guys will bring the Paypal option back again 😛
