I ordered the 24 hour access to cod Supreme. I used it many times and it has always worked great. This time around after buying my video card crashed and I had to go buy a new one meaning my pc was down for almost the entire time of my Supreme purchase. It was not a fault of battle log. Just a bad component in my pc. I got a hold on battle log support to let them know of my situation and they gladly gave me time back to my account and im back to playing again. This company is a great bunch of people and they will do whatever they can to help you.

I've used a couple different companies and so far Battlelog has been the best bang for my buck. At first when looking at instructions on getting the mod running it looks difficult, but it is very easy and straight forward. Took about 30 min to get setup and off to playing and having a blast. Like all the other reviews have said getting banned really depends on how you play and use the mod, Cheers for the awesome mod and I will definitely be a repeat customer.
