    To ask for support please include the following or your support request will not be answered within the time specified below:

    1. Your CPU and Windows version, this can be found by pressing the windows button and typing "winver" and hitting enter.
     Your CPU can be found by using "dxdiag" the same way.
    2. The actual problem or error code & error message you receive (if applicable) 
    3. The hack you are using

    We usually reply within 2 hour during daytime (weekdays) (time zones can affect this) 
    Weekends answers within 12 hours usually, but in some circumstances it might not be possible due to unforeseen things.
