Had trouble with boot loader and everything and Roy help me with everything. There are several options for what you want to do. If it doesn’t work out, you can switch game cheats or refund which I like a lot and overall just good support. It’s very fast too. -

I contacted support because I was getting the “Failed to map memory (0)” error with ARC Raiders Optimus. John and JP were patient and walked me through the troubleshooting steps one by one without making me repeat everything. They checked my Windows settings, startup apps, system information, and helped me apply the recommended fixes. I’m currently restarting and testing the software again, so I can’t confirm yet whether the issue is fully resolved, but the support experience itself has been helpful and professional. -
