where do i start... i know reviews can be faked, or written poorly but you MUST read this one. I have written multiple reviews on battlelog.co employees (live chat support agents) and chris has by far been the best, most outgoing, helpful, understanding, kind, heartfelt, and heartwarming one yet. He is thoughtful, smart, and quick to respond. He knows what he's doing. He doesn't waste your time, and he makes you feel like a friend. Everytime I come to battlelog for support now, I ask for Chris. I truly don't think there is a better support agent in this place, nay, in this world. He will always do everything in his power to make sure you are satisfied, happy, and best of all, calm. Please always treat him (and everyone you meet) with respect. Please be kind, and honest. FINALLY GET THIS MAN A RAISE OR A BONUS. He has spent LITERALLY countless hours helping me. If it wasn't for Chris I'd have given up on hacking all together... (which would suck because i love it). I had a issue with my cheat for fnite but I was able to recieve help from Chris and all though we weren't able to fix the issue I was able to recieve a refund and was kindly helped by (CHRIS) <3

The agent that helped me out was a person named Ethel. They were very quick with responses and getting the things that I needed. They responded instantly and patiently waited for me even when I took a while. I was able to resolve the issues I had very quickly thanks to them

Been Troubleshooting with Ben and Chris for a few days now , although we haven't gotten the product to work as intended their customer service has been top tier. They've both been very resourceful and even sent a report directly to the Devs to see if they can come up the a solution once in for all while also offering compensation. Looking forward to see what the resolution of the issue soon.

Support (Harv) service is very good overall, but when an issue requires contacting an DEV, the response can be a little slow,However, the issue was resolved very well, and I’m impressed with the outcome.
