    • where should I start? Roy is the goat. He responded in under two minutes and was helping me for over six hours on one thing and never gave up. He was still trying his best. He found a bunch of problems, but at the end, I gave up since I had to go. He would have still been helping. It's the best customer service there is, better than any I've ever had, not just for cheats, but for everything.     • Ive been with battlelog for sometime now and the customer support has been great and fast everytime. Mel gave me full support and attention even if the problem was small or took hours. One of the best customer support people out there.

    • I've been using Rust Keeper non-stop for over a week now, including both the Monday wipe and the recent force wipe. So far, I haven't received a single ban or warning. Honestly, I'd recommend Rust Keeper to any new user because the experience has been fantastic. One thing that still surprises me is the fact that I used Silent Aim, arguably one of the riskiest features in the aiming module, while targeting the head. That's usually the kind of thing that makes both staff and players suspicious, yet I still haven't been banned. I've been using this cheat for over four months now and, in my experience, it has been incredibly reliable. I've spent more than $300 on it so far, and I can genuinely say it was money well spent. The only downside, in my opinion, is the lack of a permanent plan. I'd definitely purchase one if it existed. I also want to talk about my experience with the Rust Keeper developers and with Vic as a Battlelog Ambassador. Vic has been one of the most reliable people I've met in this community. He's always been willing to help with issues and has provided keys whenever needed. Unfortunately, I've only made two videos using the key he gave me, both featuring Rust Keeper 😏. I plan to create more content in the future using my own keys because I feel it would be unfair to keep asking Vic for more after being inactive and not posting for a while. As for the Rust Keeper developers, their support has been outstanding. They are always ready to assist with technical issues and even offer key compensation if you encounter problems with the software. Good customer support is something many communities lack, but Rust Keeper has definitely delivered in that regard. I'd also like to give a special thanks to Chris, John, Angel, and Harv for being some of the most active and helpful staff members I've ever seen. The dedication and support they provide to the community don't go unnoticed. Cheers to all of you; you truly deserve a raise! Finally, thank you to Battlelog for providing such an amazing and unforgettable experience. The product, the support team, and the community have all exceeded my expectations. Much love to everyone involved! ❤️

He was patient and understanding the entire process and EXTREMELY helpful, i wish all reps were like Chris. everything about my experience was a 50/10 i couldn't be happier with the support he gave!!!!! I will continue my subscription long term all because of the support that this product offers, you dont see reps like Chris every day!! give that man a raise!!

    • Angel was exceptionally kind and professional. I have rarely been helped by a support agent for over an hour, trying every possible solution, without them showing any frustration, negativity, or impatience. It was a very positive experience and I am extremely satisfied. My issue has even been escalated to the cheat developer/s, which I am very happy about. I hope the problem gets fixed; given that it is an uncommon issue, I am not sure how long it will take, but the support itself was excellent. That is why I am giving four stars. I would have given a fifth if the problem had been fully resolved, but given its complexity, I am not surprised it could not be settled in a single chat session. Angel, you're the best !!❤️ PS : Funny little anecdote: I originally posted this review on Trustpilot, but it was actually deleted by their team, probably because it was too positive lol ! I'm reposting it here because the world deserves to know how exceptional the support for this service is, and I'm more than happy to share my experience. Double PS : I want to give a huge shout-out to Roy from the Battlelog support team. He was incredibly helpful, answering some pretty tough and specific questions I had about the Delta cheat. 🙏✨ I am really happy with the support I received. He provided clear answers based on his expertise and deep knowledge of the software. Overall, I am just very satisfied with Roy's help !! ^^

    • Honestly, I'm quite shocked by the experience I had with customer support today. I had two interactions, one with Angel and more recently one with Ethel, and both were excellent. ❤️ My first support experience was trying to resolve an issue with the cheat where the Aimbot and Triggerbot detection weren't working. I submitted a new report tonight to explain that the problem was partially resolved, as it turned out the issue was simply that I was using a controller, which wasn't supported initially. I requested that controller support be added to the cheat, and Ethel directly noted it and sent it up as feedback. I'm really happy because Ethel even added over 20 hours to my subscription time (giving me a total of 24 new hours) so I can actually enjoy it. It’s been a great experience despite the initial technical issues ! Angel and Ethel, you are both amazing support agents, rest as you are ❤️🙏 (Mention to Rose that routed me to Angel when I needed, like, when I restarted PC and chat disappeared, Rose routed me to Angel ! 🤍)
