Rose and Ethel has helped me out a lot, rose understood what i meant immediately and sent a note in as soon as she understood the situation, amazing and fast staff, Ethel is always one of my go tos when talking to support, she's quick to get what i need done and never needs unnecessary explaining, amazing girls that deserve their recognition. -

id like to leave a review for angel as they assisted me with getting a refund today after i bought the r6 royal cheat nothing wrong with it just it took a while for me to get it to work so i requested a refund angel was very helpfull so id like to leave a 5 star review for them as they where very polite -
Rarely do this, but they were great. Short but sweet. Had an issue with finding a way around a particular problem of where an option in the menus were located. Dunno why devs like playing hide and seek, but support staff promised to check. Were very patient with me and said that I could come back and theyd update me. Accidentally stumbled across the solution myself after plenty of digging. But everyone on support was genuinely trying to figure it out with me earlier, just not finding it. So ended well, problem solved, working as it should. If it matters it was regarding Dz Reaper, but im sure they are as helpful with other loaders aswell. 5/5 would recommend. -

Big thanks to JP for patiently helping me troubleshoot the error I was getting. He walked me through the steps clearly and stayed with me throughout the process. I appreciate his time and support. Still need to test after restarting, but I wanted to give credit for his help today. JP the GOAT! -

The support i got was from Harv. He helped me answer a question about a product only took about 20 seconds from joining the chat, and was very quick and very detailed in his explanation. Very much appreciated most support for websites can be rather short and a bit rude when answering questions but his was very detailed and exactly what i needed. -

Harv helped me out with a visual bug that I was encnountering with the loader and guided me through steps to fix the issue. He helped me understand why I had thought the software was frozen and explained where to find the relevant information for cheat status. Thank you Harv -
