Staff support for battlelog is one of the best ive ever seen on this genre of sites. They always understand exactly what i need and get it done as quickly as they are able to. Always handle things with positivity and never lose patience with their customers. Need more support teams like battlelog. Mel, Rose, and Ethel have all been amazing every time i have worked with them n they deserve all the recognition they can get. -

24/7 support was very helpful, my support representative (Chris) stuck with me for at least 2 hours trying to fix my problem never gave any attitude and was helpful all the way to the end I never had a support group for one of these sites actually care to help, BATTLELOG gets a 10/10 on product and support. -

Initially I couldnt get the bot to work at all and I was frustrated thinking its broken and just played with the walls which I did great with by itself. Today I decided to reach out to support about it and spoke with Rose who waas able to request screenshots and diagnosed my issue very quickly. She was a great help! -

The guys over at battlelog are very fast to help with any questions, concerns, or any help that is needed they are happy to help. Chris especially has helped alot, and put up with me bugging them everyday lol. BUT I was able to get controller working with their software. Chris was excited about the good news, and they will dive deeper into our breakthrough and hopefully I can work closer with the team in the near future. Great team, great support, battlelog ftw. -
