FearTheUnnKnown Posted October 4, 2025 Posted October 4, 2025 I was having a problem with the spoofer I had just Purchased. Contacted support and was directed to Ethel. We spent the last 4 almost 5 hours straight trying to get this thing to work. Through it all Ethel was very patient and walked me through every step. Ethel stuck it out to the end until we finally got to the core of the issue. If I ever have a problem again, I hope I am directed to this support agent. Thank you! 1
