I spent the last 3-4 hours with Chris trying to fix the problem i had. Unfortunately the ending resulted in me getting a refund due to my problem not being able to be fixed. But i still appreciated the help along the way the entire time, this is definitely some of the best customer service ive come across. Thanks for trying Chris !
