I truly had a difficult experience with one of the programs i had used and Chris was so helpful with solving the issue! He was fast, and even though i came to him a little upset, he remained calm and provided excellent service knowing i was just frustrated with the program. Calm, cool, collected and quick. Thanks to battlelog i can continue playing in peace! Thanks again Chris!
