Chris was very patient, professional, and thorough the whole time. He carefully checked all of my system settings, explained what needed to be adjusted, and made sure I sent screenshots so nothing was missed. Even when the issue required a full Windows reinstall, he clearly explained the process and reassured me about key renewal and compensation.
