Roy and Lovely were both very patient and helpful agents.  They both walked me through many steps to troubleshoot an issue with my WiFi disconnecting after running Spoofer.  We'll see in time if the issue resolves, but we've exhausted everything on the front end for now and I have a way to track this issue going forward, so lots of kudos to both of them. s
