Roy was very patient and helpful while troubleshooting the issue with me. We weren’t able to find a solution yet, but I really appreciate the time and effort he put into trying to help. Mel also helped me yesterday and was very helpful as well. Hopefully we can get this resolved soon. Thanks again to both of you for your support!
