kesz_xlp Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago Ben and Rose, I just wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for all your help with my Tarkov issues. That game can be pretty tricky with its numerous technical glitches, and I genuinely didn’t know where to begin. You both were incredibly patient throughout the whole process, especially when I struggled to articulate what was going wrong. You guided me through each step, investigated potential causes, and made the experience stress-free. I’m happy to report that the solutions you provided worked like a charm, and the game is running much more smoothly now. Ben, your swift identification of the problem coupled with your clear explanations really made a difference. Rose, your organized approach kept everything easy to understand, and I appreciate that you ensured all the issues were resolved before we wrapped up. Thanks again for your outstanding support; I genuinely appreciate it. You two are a fantastic team—10/10! 1
