Had an issue with finding a way around a particular problem of where an option in the menus were located. Dunno why devs like playing hide and seek, but support staff promised to check. Were very patient with me and said that I could come back and theyd update me. Accidentally stumbled across the solution myself after plenty of digging. But everyone on support was genuinely trying to figure it out with me earlier, just not finding it. So ended well, problem solved, working as it should. If it matters it was regarding Dz Reaper, but im sure they are as helpful with other loaders aswell. 5/5 would recommend. 1
