Trace Cleaners?

First off I want to say how great of a business this website is. Amazing customer support and the hacks are amazing! I was recently banned on my main account and I was wondering when the trace cleaners would be available? I have been refreshing the website at least 3-5 times a day hoping they would be out. But there is no rush at all!
