I’ve had a very positive experience with Battlelog, especially with their customer support. Ethel was absolutely fantastic — incredibly patient, kind, professional, and genuinely willing to help. She took the time to understand my situation and guided me through everything without rushing me. It’s refreshing to receive this level of customer service. Ethel made the entire experience much easier and deserves special recognition for her outstanding support. Highly recommended. Thank you, Ethel! -

Was getting extremely frustrated. Chatted with chris and he got me up and running in about 5 minutes. Guys a legend. Extremely professional in chat and extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend. -
Very good attention and predisposition. I approach the topic well and clear up all my doubts, apologizing for the failure and paying for the key when it is solved, recommended

I’ve had a really positive experience with the suppoGrt team and wanted to take a moment to recognize the people behind it. The support chat has been extremely useful, and I’m thankful for everyone who takes the time to help players. Mel especially stood out to me for being incredibly patient, friendly, hardworking, and knowledgeable. They made sure my questions were properly understood and helped me through everything without making me feel rushed. I also want to give credit to the developers for the amount of work and dedication they put into the game. It’s obvious that a lot of time and effort goes into improving the experience and supporting the community. I really appreciate everyone involved, and especially Mel for the excellent support!
