Support has always been great in helping me but when I ask whats going on with quantum they tell me they cant help me and give me the same automated message everytime. $60 for a 7 day pass and its been down for over a week now it would be nice if we could at least get some sort of update on what is going on with the hack.

Dont worry for your key, all time will be compensated and if your key expires, once hack is updated we will replace the key for you. As of right now I have no real updates, I just know that developers are working on it. Hope this give you some reassurance. Alternatively you can switch to a different product. ❤️
