New - I am new here and I already feel the support from the team

Earlier today, I purchased a 24H pubg product just to check if it is going to be of my liking.

Unfortunately, I have encountered issues that didn't allow me to proceed with the injection.

I went through the chat support and even though the issue is still not yet fixed and have been raised to the developers by the support(Will check again tomorrow for status), 

the support team was easy to talk to and was very much helpful.

Thank you so much and will check again tomorrow for the status and hopefully it will get fixed. :)

Hello, thank you for the kind words. We try our best to deliver the best support possible. As for your issue, if you are the person that recently just had an issue report done for PUBG Bionic, it has been sent to the developer, but the fix might be that you need to downgrade from windows 22H2. A lot of products have an issue with windows 11 22H2 at the moment, so I highly doubt their will be a fix overnight, sorry. Hope this helps ❤️
