I even paid for the team to assist, but due to a lack of clarity around the rules (and being a bit late myself), things got off to a rough start. I’ve been all over the place — downloading, installing, uninstalling — trying to get this working, and unfortunately, I ended up wasting two 24-hour access codes in the process. That said, I finally received the support I needed thanks to Harv and Ethel in the chatroom. They were incredibly patient and took the time to really dig into the issue. Harv found the final piece of the puzzle, and once that was fixed, everything started working as expected. BIG shoutout to Harv and Ethel — your time and severe patience were deeply appreciated. Thank you both for sticking with me through the mess! 1
