I had an issue with crashes and instability, and throughout the whole process CHRIS was patient, professional, and genuinely helpful. He carefully walked me through multiple troubleshooting steps, took the time to review screenshots and videos, and made sure the issue was properly documented instead of brushing it off. Even though the problem was inconsistent and hard to reproduce, the support approach felt fair and serious. Regardless of the final outcome, I really appreciate the effort, communication, and respectful attitude. This is how support should be handled. Thanks again to CHRIS for the help. 1
