Rooni Posted February 23 Posted February 23 I was not able to run the tool so i got in touch with Lee. He spent almost 4 hours trying to help me, i got all sorts of screenshots for him and he was extremely patient and helpful. Unfortunately the tool did not work that day despite all our efforts but he launched a ticket i think. The next day i got in touch with JP and got the tool working. Great support. 1
