Where do I begin? We been through 3 disconnects,  my severe lack of understanding about tech and 2 hours worth of time it took start to finish and Roy did it with absolute grace and kindness. Even when I was showing frustration he didn't and didnt make me feel slow because I didnt understand how to do certain things. Roy did an absolute banger of a job and I am so thankful for that experience. Thank you Roy!
