Lovely helped me quickly with my HWID mismatch issue on my Valorant spoofer, and the whole process was much faster than expected. She was friendly, professional, and kept me updated the entire time. What stood out most was how she went the extra mile to speed things up for me—it didn’t feel like a generic support interaction at all. The issue was resolved almost instantly after she stepped in, and everything worked perfectly afterward. Overall, great customer service and a very positive experience.
