Honestly, I'm quite shocked by the experience I had with customer support today. I had two interactions, one with Angel and more recently one with Ethel, and both were excellent. ❤️

My first support experience was trying to resolve an issue with the cheat where the Aimbot and Triggerbot detection weren't working. I submitted a new report tonight to explain that the problem was partially resolved, as it turned out the issue was simply that I was using a controller, which wasn't supported initially.

I requested that controller support be added to the cheat, and Ethel directly noted it and sent it up as feedback. I'm really happy because Ethel even added over 20 hours to my subscription time (giving me a total of 24 new hours) so I can actually enjoy it.

It’s been a great experience despite the initial technical issues !

Angel and Ethel, you are both amazing support agents, rest as you are ❤️🙏

(Mention to Rose that routed me to Angel when I needed, like, when I restarted PC and chat disappeared, Rose routed me to Angel ! 🤍)
