She answered all my questions and gave me all the assistance i needed until Jay showed up for the setup (which was done very professionally and was a huge help) Im not very good with PC's but this team is very patient and understanding. After i realized i couldnt use the original cheat that i bought, because of certain settings on my PC, they didnt hesitate to let me switch to a different cheat. The process was quick and effortless on my end, but i understand there was things done on their end that they didnt have to do, but they didnt hesitate to help me out. 10 out of 10 rating for Ethel, Jay, Risen, and the entire BattleLog team. 1
