Seriously, you guys are absolute lifesavers. I ran into a major issue and started talking to you all around 6 PM, and we were at it all the way until midnight. The level of patience and listening was just top-tier the whole time. The next day, I came back to check on the report and Paul and Lee helped point me right in the direction of what was going wrong. Shoutout to Ben as well—you've got an unreal talent for making people laugh while keeping things 100% professional. And Rose, wow. Thank you so much for sticking with me for over 5 hours. Even with your own personal internet issues acting up, you didn't give up and literally fought through it just to help me out. At the end of the day, the whole crew pulled through, tracked down the problem, and fixed it. Everything is running smooth as butter now. I really appreciate every single one of you! 1
