COD Supreme, Top Notch support

I ordered the 24 hour access to cod Supreme. I used it many times and it has always worked great. This time around after buying my video card crashed and I had to go buy a new one meaning my pc was down for almost the entire time of my Supreme purchase. It was not a fault of battle log.
