im a returning customer from 2021. i have met with a few customer support reps while playing the game i am on, and using battlelog cheats. ive needed specific info a couple times while doing so and would like to point out two reps who have spent time and helped my specific issues i have had. each time they were able to help me in my own specific situation to get answers to what i needed to continue playing and using the tools. Lovely Ben are the two battlelog customer support chat agents who have been very helpful and for that i want to recognize them. thanks for the great service. it helps me choosing to shop with battlelog when i know i can get this level of support immediately. thanks to LOVELY and to BEN for help with initial setup.
