I reached out to their customer service to request an extension because my work shifts vary, and I didn’t want to purchase a key for a full week when I wouldn’t be able to use it consistently. I bought a 24-hour key, but unfortunately the program went under maintenance during that time. I explained my situation, and they were kind enough to extend my key without any hassle.
