I went through 2-3 chat supporters and they did absolutely nothing but make me more angry. I got this gem named Ethel, she rocks your socks. she figured my problem out within minutes. She knows what she is talking about and she deserves a raise immediately. If I'm her boss don't lose her and give her what she wants. Yeah I'm talking to you bud....
