Well, what can I say about Rose? What an absolute little angel! 😂 I was in a tight spot with my key time, and Rose went out of her way to speak to the devs for me. After they looked at the amount I’d purchased, they extended my time with no questions asked. Rose also did everything she could to help me with the time I had left. We got a little confused because of the different time zones 😂, but we got there in the end! What a legend of a staff member and an absolute star. Couldn’t have asked for better help. 10/10 service from Rose. And I’m 100% convinced she’s smoking as well lmao 😂
