I’ve had a really positive experience with the suppoGrt team and wanted to take a moment to recognize the people behind it. The support chat has been extremely useful, and I’m thankful for everyone who takes the time to help players. Mel especially stood out to me for being incredibly patient, friendly, hardworking, and knowledgeable. They made sure my questions were properly understood and helped me through everything without making me feel rushed. I also want to give credit to the developers for the amount of work and dedication they put into the game.
