Shout out to Ethel!!!! she was so very nice and helpful, she never gave up and even stayed passed her shift twice for me! First section we were at it for 6+ hours and 2nd section we were at it for 4+ hours!! she submitted everything and stayed polite no matter how long it took! But today I didnt get Ethel I got my man Ben!!! Ben guided me to the next steps from previous ticket. we were able to resolve it! Ben the man and Ethel the lady! Honestly I usually dont have good customer service with websites like this but these two were amazing. Please im begging you, if you want me to keep buying! Make sure these two are taken care of! I honestly would like to personally be friends with these 2! CHEERS!!
