After performing the step by step defined by their internal team in their SOP, the game worked quite fine but without the players feature enabled, let me explain: For NPCs it shows their position, hitbox, aimbot all work well. For players, nothing work, its like normal play. I opened a ticket to the support team, they answer back quite fast and we started the troubleshooting which was: Sending proofs of all my steps, even needed to download external software for those video records. Download a lot of external software such as: PuP as debugging tools, or high prvivilege tools, ejem ejem, Iobit, which came along with TopVpn and 2 other softwares which are already spamming ads in my pc. Forgot to mention that the first time I downloaded and ran it it leaded to my pc to a BIOS crash ! First time I see one in like 8 years of programming, scary and dangerus. While this site seems legitimate (as much as "legitimate" it can be), their troubleshooting steps are not good enough, if you need an end-user to perform all this actions, you better just ask them to download AnyDesk, you fix it and and then ask the user to unistall AnyDesk again... By the way, I asked for refund, their answer was to at least finish the full trobleshooting steps, already took us 1 hour, and now the software is not even starting, my pc have PuP and Ads Apps, Defender not enabled, its registry keys changed, etc... And no, they will not refund, its ok, they can keep the 1 day payment but at least I hope this comment help other users to know that if it does not work as expected then the process of solving it can become long, hard and not good for your pc health status 😄
