Although I have run into many issues for the Valo Ignite 24hrs Access and haven't tried it yet, I wanna talk about there support, they stuck with me for hours and tried every method to help me, mind you I am on windows 11 so its not easy right out of the box, but a massive thank you to roy for sticking with me and trying to help solve my problem. Great support!
