I have been using the Premium for roughly 3-4 months now. Never hacked before so my sample size has been really small; however, the installation to the functionality was seamless. Support is phenomenal and professional. I have yet to have a problem with their updates every time there is an update, but this one feels a lot longer. I haven't checked this afternoon, but I know it has been down since the update. This brings it over 48 hours which is rare. Do we have an eta as to when it will be available. I know you said not to ask, but 48 hours of down time is abnormal. Just making sure everything is ok ;)
