To be quite frank i thought i was being swindled when the service i bought a week ago disappeared from the website (hunt showdown ultimate) before i could activate and use my key. I reached out to customer support to find out what was going on and to find a resolution. Harv was able to answer all questions and fill me in on all concerns. Overall great customer service experience. Love the services offered here and the employees are just as amazing. Thank you Battlelog and thank you Harv!
