The support staff and members here are the real deal! I've purchased 3 total products so far from this site and the support that Battlelog offers for their products is phenomenal. I had trouble recently with setting up Classified Cold War and figured I'd reach out to support for help. Hiro, a member of the live support, was so helpful and patient with me throughout the entire process and I can't thank them enough. Frost also reached out in support of my issue and I am very grateful for that as well. For work, I'm an I.T. support guy and I deal with a lot of help desk tickets myself so the professionalism that I received from the support staff here definitely did not go unnoticed.
