After a week of issues, awaiting devs for fix on another loader, ROY has helped me finally be able to play a loader and back to gaming, great company, great customer service, great product

Recently had some issues with a valo loader, spent a while trying to fix it and eventually went with a different loader, worked greeat then pc had some issues, Harv on their support team was with me the whole time to fix it and get me back on valorant. Once again excellent support and dev team that backs up their work with excellent customer service.

Great team, Roy, one of their customer support people, helped me deal with a 3 hour fix and walked me through like 15 restarts, great person and was the best

had some issues getting the loader to work and he walked me through all steps i needed to complete (all my fault not the instructions fault) and got me up and running in less then 15 mins, great help and incredibly informative
