Today i was struggling with getting a menu set up for bo7 and it was very annoying as i could not for the life of me work out why it wouldnt work. i set up the help tool and the amazing team member on the other end Ethel was such an amazing help, walking me through each step and explaining things in a way that made sense to me. honestly i cant thank Ethel enough for the support and hope that anyone else who runs into issues has as much help as i did from this amazing individual!! GIVE ETHEL A RAISE!!!!!!
