There are many places people look to for support with technical issues. When I had errors with my PC after installing the cheat loader (most likely through user error) I reached out to Battlelog support to see if they could help. I entered into an almost 3 hour IT adventure with one of the Customer Service representatives @roy. He was able to help me work through my software issues and get me back on track to using the battlelog software correctly. This is well above and beyond what I expected from Customer Support for these products, but it goes to show the level of care and quality assurance the people at Battlog give to their customers.
