Everytime I have purchased a product on here it has always worked straight away and I have never had any issues, the only thing that I suggest may be good for the future is that when the application is under maintenance I think staff should send an email explaining the cause, because I have wasted 5 hours in the past before due to this. Hope I am reimbursed for my lost time, otherwise everything has been perfect. :)
