Dear sirs/ma’am’s i would like to inform you on my experience with the support crew here on battlelog.co I originally purchased Quantum for R6, and was told my computer was indeed compatible with the cheat. Little did I know I would end up wasting 5 hours of my time, get stuck in a bios loop, and absolutely lose my marbles. The next day I returned to the technical support crew and was patched through to a guy named Philip. I told him about my dilemma, and he was easily able to identify the issue (my windows version and the fact that my pc didn’t support UEFI). After his quick analysis, he requested an admin to swap my Quantum Key for a Pheonix Key. This process took less than 15 minutes in comparison to the 2.5 hours I spent with the other lad the previous day. Philip is easy to talk to and very intellectual. He knows his shit. And I have a strong feeling I’m not the only one that has an experience like this with Philip. I am recommending that the Admins seriously consider him as a candidate of a higher position (ie, moderator, administrator). I hope that people can read this and get an understanding by of how good this guy is at his job, even though he goes by unnoticed. Sincerely, your pal italic
