I was given the best online service i think i have ever gotten from any website. Not only did Lovely enter the chat 2 seconds after i joined but im pretty sure what ever i did wasn't even there fault but there support team worked along side me to figure to problem out with relative ease. 20 min flat for a problem i was going to be looking at for about 2 hours.
