Accidentally lost connection to my previous chat, but Ethel was able to pull it up for me and begin where I left off previously. Great support by them, very fast with the replies and helped me resolve my issues. Waived a small fee for me which cemented me using Battlelog as my main cheat provider. Been using them for years, always great support (somehow it's genuinely 24/7), very nice and respectful support agents and i'm very appreciate they didn't hassle me over a couple bucks.
