I had a problem with my key not working. I tried restarting my pc before contacting customer support. (Obviously I could not figure it out.) I logged into my Battlelog account and requested to chat with a customer support representative. My chatter, Harv responded no less than 2 seconds later and helped me with my problem. Harv gave me a new download link and suggested that I delete any other loaders I have currently downloaded. Then after restarting my pc, I ended up having a new problem. My windows defender would not turn off in the background EVEN though I turned it off in ESET. I went back to the Customer Support and Lovely helped me with my problem in literally 10 seconds. I Will definitely say those two were the most help I have ever gotten from any other website!! THANKYOU Harv and Lovely
