I was having trouble getting my BO6 chair to work, so i contacted support and Roy answered. They asked to see simple things to check if it was setup right and saw we needed go deeper to solve the issue. They were never disrespectful or rushing just calm and patient. At the end we couldn't get it to work sadly but I'm accepted the refund and the devs been notified thanks to Roy.
